92 year-old Jacob and 85 year-old Rebecca are all excited about their decision to get married.
They go for a stroll to discuss the wedding and on the way go past a drugstore.
Jacob suggests that they go in.
He addresses the man behind the counter: “Are you the owner?”
The pharmacist answers “Yes.”
Jacob: “Do you sell heart medication?”
Pharmacist: “Of course we do.”
Jacob: “How about medicine for circulation?”
Pharmacist: “All kinds.”
Jacob: “Medicine for rheumatism?”
Pharmacist: “Definitely.”
Jacob: “Medicine for memory?”
Pharmacist: “Yes, a large variety.”
Jacob: “What about vitamins and sleeping pills?”
Pharmacist: “Absolutely.”
Jacob turns to Rebecca: “Sweetheart, we might as well register our wedding gift list with them.”

Dumbass Of The Day

Dorothy McGurk, 43, who had been collecting alimony because she was disabled and unable to work, but was apparently healthy enough to work as a belly dancer. McGurk’s ex-husband discovered a blog and other Internet postings she wrote about dancing vigorously for several hours every day. The woman told the court that the dancing was physical therapy for her injuries. The judge didn’t buy it and reduced her disability payments.

Today’s FTW
Frank-Michael John, 24, a German politician who has been stealing rolls of toilet paper from public restrooms. Janitors’ suspicions were raised when more than 200 rolls vanished, so they laid a trap and caught the politician exiting the toilet with one roll in his hand and another in a backpack. Hey, he’s a politician, he needs more toilet paper than the rest of us.

A 15-year-old boy who used a candle to look underneath a bed for his dog. Of course, it started a blaze that destroyed the home and killed the dog. The candle caught the bed on fire, then spread and destroyed the house. Apparently he’s never heard of a flashlight.

41-year old Alicia Risinger, who was arrested by the Highway Patrol twice the same day. She was stopped by the Highway Patrol at 4:36 PM Saturday for DWI, Careless and Imprudent Driving resulting in an accident, and a felony count of possession of a controlled substance. That same evening at 7:50 PM, the Patrol again arrested Risinger for Driving While Intoxicated, and Speeding. She was taken to the Bates County jail on both instances, where she posted bond.
