Joke Of The Day

Email jokes to therock@hubcityradio.com

A lady goes into a bar and sees a cowboy with his feet propped up on a table. He has the biggest feet she’s ever seen.
The woman asks the cowboy if it’s true what they say about men with big feet.
The cowboy says, “Sure is, why don’t you come back to my place and let me prove it?”
The woman figures why not and spends the night with him.
The next day she hands the cowboy a $100 bill.
Blushing, he says, “Nobody has ever paid me for my services before. I’m flattered.”
The woman replies, “Well, don’t be. Take this money and buy yourself some boots that fit.

Once a Pope and a lawyer died and went to heaven.
God came and said, “Follow me and I will give you your rooms.”
So they both followed.
First God gave the Pope his room; it was very small with a small bed and a small desk.
“Thank you, thank you my lord,” said The Pope.
Then God gave the lawyer his room; it was a big room with a big bed and a big deck with a pool and a pretty woman.
“Mr. God, why are you giving this room to me and the other one to The Pope?” the lawyer asked.
“Well, we get popes by the dozens, but you’re our first lawyer.”

Dumbass Of The Day

Co-FTW
Anthony Black, 21, in Chickasha, OK, who tried to steal an Echo chainsaw, by stuffing it down the front of his pants. Store employees noticed Black waddling out of the store and called police. After a brief chase – no doubt, VERY brief – Black was headed to jail and the chainsaw went back to the store.

Delta Airlines personnel, who helped an 80-year-old Nefissa Yesuf, who doesn’t speak English, onto one of their flights. They got her through security, into a wheel chair and onto the flight to Charlotte, NC without a hitch. The problem, the woman was headed to Atlanta and no one matched the woman’s IDs to the boarding pass; not the gate agents, the TSA security screeners or the ticket agent. A granddaughter says the names on the two boarding passes are “not even close.”

Gerald Maher, 22, who learned the hard way that texting and driving don’t mix, as he drove his car off a bridge and into a river in Massachusetts. Maher was driving alone and using his phone to text message when he struck a snow bank, swerved into the oncoming traffic on a bridge and crashed through a guard rail, landing his car in the river. Miraculously he was treated at a local hospital and released, but a diving team still has not located Maher’s vehicle in the river.

Co-FTW
A 23-year-old man, who made it easy for police determine that he might be driving impaired, because he was driving a car that had only three tires on it. Police caught up with the Cadillac Escalade and noticed a front tire missing, it occupied both lanes and it ran a red light. The unidentified driver blew three times the legal limit on the test and was jailed for impaired and dangerous driving.
